Great minds think alike. So do great hearts. That is why both the executive team of our equity firm and our shareholders are committed to giving back. Beyond shareholder value, we strive to help others, so a significant portion of our equity firm’s profit and majority shareholder’s income are dedicated to a variety of philanthropic works primarily focused on obesity and child welfare and development, among others.

To help accomplish our goals in this area, we plan to launch the Gateway International Foundation in 2008, dedicated to the key causes of our equity firm. A significant portion of earnings generated by our investments and partnerships will be dedicated to fighting obesity around the world. This critical work will help promote a proper diet, exercising, and effective behavior modification techniques to combat this devastating disease.
